RULES AND REGULATIONS
(1) All students must strictly adhere to the rules and regulations of the school authority. Violating any of these rules and regulations attracts serious disciplinary measures or even withdrawal of admission.
(2)All students must attend lessons, thus late coming and absenteeism will not be tolerated by the college.
(3)Absconding or absence from the college/practical areas for more than two weeks may lead to repeat of session or withdrawal from the College.
(4)Use of personal wear, makeup or any form of adornments is strongly prohibited in the college and practical/training areas. Student must remain in their complete stipulated uniforms throughout the College and practical’s.
(5)Any form of behavior that contravenes set rules or disrespect of religious, cultural, moral values and that of the College will attract sanctions.
(6)Students should not take laws into their hands. Any student that feels offended or aggrieved should report to the College authority,
(7)Use of cellular phones (Handset) is strongly prohibited in the College premises during classes’ hours. Refusal to obey will lead to seizure of the said device and the appropriate punishment.
(8) No visitors are allowed in the College during class hours.
(9)All students are expected to meet up with all the condition of services and other regulations of their training/practical area during a posting.
(10)Students can be posted to any health facilities or centers found appropriate for rural or urban practical’s.
(11)All nursing mothers are strongly warned to ensure that they keep their children off the class/practical centers.
(12)The authority will not refund school fees to any student expelled from the College or when he/she willingly withdraw from the College.
(13)Establishment of clubs/society/union/forum without a written consent from the College Provost/Registrar is prohibited.
(14)Any form of examination malpractice is punishable by expulsion/rustication.
(15)Those responsible for the destruction of school property will be surcharged; a written warning/query or suspension may follow depending on the nature and gravity of the destruction.
(16)Possession, or padding of illicit drugs, smoking is punishable by expulsion.
(17)Padding/mongering of rumours is not allowed.
(18)Cultism is totally prohibited.
(19)Respect must be accorded to elders, academic and non-academic staff.
(20)Cleanliness of classes and school premises must be respected as student may be compelled to clear the field littered by them.

Malikiya College has determined that students and staff should be dressed decently, thus avoiding:
i) Short and skimpy dresses e.g body hugs. Show me-your-chest, spaghetti wears and dresses exposing sensitive parts.
ii) Tight shorts and skirts that are above the knees (except for sporting purposes and medical grounds) iii) Tattered Jeans and Jeans with holes.
iv) Transparent and see-through dresses. v) Tight fittings e.g Jeans, Hip star, Patra, Lactra etc that reveal the contour of the body
vi) Under-clothing such as singlet worn publicly. vii) Unkempt appearance such as bushy hair and beards.
viii) Dressing that make it impossible to wear laboratory coats during practical or participate actively in practical and other academic activities.
ix) Long but tight skirts which are slit in from or at the sides, which reveals sensitive parts as the wearer moves on.
x) Wearing T-Shirts with obscene captions. xi) Shirts without buttons or not property buttoned, leaving the wearer base chested.
xii) Wearing of earring by male students.
xiii) Plaiting or weaving of hair by male students.
xiv) Wearing of colored eye glasses in the lecture theaters (except on medical grounds).
xv) Wearing of bathroom slippers to classrooms (except on medical grounds)
xvi) Wearing trousers that stop between knees and ankle (three-quarter). Infringement of the dress code will. However, attract the sanctions.
